|DWTS Chris Jericho could be going.|
Last week on Dancing With The Stars, Hines Ward and Kym Johnson were all alone at the top of the leader board. This week, Hines was an extra point shy of the top, scoring a 27.
Jumping into the lead were the couples Romeo and Chelsie Hightower and Chelsea Kane and Mark Ballas with scores of 28, each. Both couples earned a 10 and two 9's - the first 10's of the season.
Kirstie Alley and Maksim Chmerkovskiy managed to perform without incident this week and Alley's confidence was a notch above the last several weeks. She was also dressed in something that was far more flattering than the blue genie costume she had on last week. She was thrilled to earn two 9's and an 8 for a total of 26 points.
Earning a 25 Kendra Wilkinson and Louis van Amstel got a little redemption from last week's mediocre performance.
Ralph Macchio continues his slide from the top of the leader board where he was at the beginning of the season. His partner, the highly exposed Karina Smirnoff, who will appear on the cover and inside Playboy Magazine in May 2011, fell in the middle of their dance. Macchio grabbed her hand and pulled her up. All of the judges praised them for recovering, but the 24 point score said more about Macchio than Smirnoff's fall.
In the greatest jeopardy for Tuesday's Elimination show is wrestler Chris Jericho. He and his partner Cheryl Burke only mustered a weak 22 points. A few weeks back, Jericho was getting kudos from the judges. Now, he's drawing long faces from the trio behind the big desk.
As a side note... Trying to find results and updates for Dancing With The Stars 2011 is very hard when you use search engines. You get results from past years and past weeks that are not relevant to what you are looking for. Even if you type in very long questions, it's still hard to get the right results.
To avoid that hassle in the future, bookmark this site. I write about every Performance episode and every Results episode. The posts appear within an hour after the show is completed in the Eastern Time Zone.
So, if you want the latest on Dancing With The Starts 2011, come back. I'll have it, because I love the show, too.
We'll see what happens at the Dancing With The Stars (DWTS) Elimination Show on April 26th.
